Learn how to make a traditional Cornish (or we should say Scillionian) pasty.

 

Rob will take you through the whole pasty making process. You will start by learning how to make shortcrust pastry. Then move on to learn how to roll the pasty out and crimp. 

 

Throughout the evening you'll make two pasties. Enjoy a drink and one of your pasties at the café after if you wish.
